Day 1 - Leon: Arrival & transfer to Guanajuato Hotel

Upon arrival at Leon airport, you will be met by our representative who will transfer you to your accommodation in Guanajuato.
The extraordinary Unesco World Heritage city of Guanajuato was founded in 1559 due to the region's rich silver and gold deposits. Opulent colonial buildings, stunning tree-filled plazas and brightly colored houses are crammed onto the steep slopes of a ravine. Excellent museums, handsome theaters and a fine marketplace punctuate the cobblestone streets.
Day 2 - Guanajuato: Guanajuato City Tour

Today we will head to the historic Valenciana Mine and its majestic temple, renowned as one of the most beautiful in the country, with altarpieces framed in 23.5-carat gold. We’ll then explore the city’s iconic tunnel network and stop by a museum that displays instruments once used during the Inquisition.
Next, visit the famous Mummies Museum of Guanajuato, a unique and fascinating site that unveils a remarkable part of local history. Our journey will take us through following panoramic roads that offer breathtaking views of Guanajuato from various angles, culminating at the Mirador del Pípila.
Then continue to the prestigious University of Guanajuato, an important educational and architectural landmark. Art lovers should not miss the Diego Rivera House Museum, which showcases the works and history of the renowned Mexican painter. You’ll also marvel at the architectural beauty of the opulent, neoclassical Juárez Theater and discover the Basilica of Our Lady of Guanajuato, a magnificent church with an intric ate baroque façade.
Finally, soak in the lively atmosphere of Plaza de la Paz, a charming square surrounded by cafes and shops , perfect for relaxing and don’t miss the experience local flavors at Hidalgo Market, a bustling spot for regional food and crafts. At the end, continue to your hotel.

Day 3 - Guanajuato: Travel to San Miguel de Allende via Dolores & Atotonilco
Travel to San Miguel de Allende via Dolores & Atotonilco
Today we will have the opportunity to visit the cradle of the Mexican independence movement as well as some of the most beautiful colonial cities in the country. We will begin the experience in Dolores Hidalgo, where we will go to the mausoleum of the singer-author José Alfredo Jiménez and then visit the church where Miguel Hidalgo first incited the people to defend their rights, in addition to going to the Independence Museum and the House of Visits.
Afterwards, we can refresh yourself and rest enjoying one of the typical ice-creams of Dolores. (Not included).
Later on, the tour will take you to the Sanctuary of Atotonilco, known as the Mexican Sistine Chapel, which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO along with San Miguel de Allende, which will be the next stop. Finally head to your charming hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4 - San Miguel de Allende: San Miguel de Allende City Tour

Today, your guide will meet you at your hotel to begin an unforgettable journey through the enchanting state of San Miguel de Allende, UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its rich history, stunning architecture, and vibrant culture. Our first stop takes us to El Chorro, the spring that gave life to this magical town. Legend has it that Fray Juan de San Miguel, inspired by divine intervention, founded the settlement here.
From there, we’ll delve deeper into the town’s cultural treasures as the Ignacio Ramírez El Nigromante Cultural Center, a former convent transformed into a space brimming with art and history.
Then we will continue to the Iglesia de la Purísima Concepción, a serene and beautiful church with an aura of tranquility, will have a brief stop at Angela Peralta Theater, an elegant theater steeped in tradition. Continue to Temple of St. Francis of Assis, showcasing intricate baroque architecture, and finally, the iconic Parish of St. Michael the Archangel, a breathtaking masterpiece and symbol of the town, alongside the Ignacio Allende house, the birthplace of one of Mexico’s great heroes. Finally, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
